Same shape every week
Two hours, just me and the members. Screens shared, accounts open. If you wanted a webinar you'd have found one by now.
Wins round
We start with what's working. Everyone shares one win from the week, even the small ones, and you'll pinch at least one idea from someone else's.
The question queue
The box closes Sunday at 8pm London. I read every question before the call, then we work through the best ones live, in your actual account.
Hot seat or teardown
Once a month one member gets the hot seat and we pull their business apart properly. The other weeks I tear down a real funnel, workflow or AI agent from the room.

Questions
The obvious ones
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing button in the members area. It stops at the end of the month (or year) you've paid for. No notice, no phone call, no guilt trip.
What about the UK 14-day cooling-off period?
UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a service like this. Because access starts straight away, you'll be asked to confirm you want it to start now, and once you've joined a live call that 14-day right is gone, because you've had the thing. If you change your mind inside 14 days and haven't joined a call yet, email me and you'll get your money back.
Is it all on Zoom?
Yes. Mondays are 5pm to 7pm London on Zoom. You register once after you join and your personal link works every week. Wednesday Build Night is on Zoom as well.
I'm not in the UK. What time is it for me?
The members area shows every session in your own time zone, and the add-to-calendar files move with the clocks, so you're not doing maths every October.
Do I get 1:1 time with you?
No, and that's on purpose. No 1:1s and no DMs is what keeps the price where it is. If you want me properly on your business, have a look at the AI Ops Audit or working with me directly.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be running a business, or building one, and be willing to open your account on the call.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same room, same calls. Annual is $1,970 paid once a year, which works out at twelve months for roughly the price of ten.
