I grew up in Melbourne, played a lot of footy (AFL), rode dirt bikes, and trained as a chef.
Over the years I won multiple “Seafood Restaurant of the Year” awards, ran kitchens across Australia, and managed some very colourful pubs in Outback Queensland.
One week I even found myself managing a strip club in Fortitude Valley.
Life’s never been boring—and it’s taught me a lot about people, hustle, and systems.
