Let’s keep it simple, human, and fair.

We’re here to deliver real value—not lock you into things that don’t serve you. That said, a little structure helps everyone stay sane.

If you're on a subscription or ongoing plan (coaching, custom builds, or any recurring service), we ask for 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Just send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include your name, service, and reason (if you feel like sharing).

Here’s the full rundown:

🕒 Cancellation & Refund Conditions:

30 days written notice is required for all recurring subscriptions or service plans.

Cancellations are effective from the date the email is received (not when the idea popped into your head).

No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it's started.

If your service includes setup or custom work, those are non-refundable, as the time and resources are already invested.

For one-off services (like builds or intensives), all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

💳 Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, your account or service will be paused immediately—no delays, no drama.

We’ll notify you so you can update your payment method.

Once payment is sorted, access will be restored and we’ll resume where we left off.

Continued failed payments = automatic cancellation (but you’ll still owe any outstanding balance).
